Please watch the film at your leisure and join the discussion.

The Trial of the Chicago 7, an American historical drama written and directed by Aaron Sorkin is based on the infamous 1969 trial of seven defendants charged by the federal government with conspiracy and more, arising from the countercultural protests in Chicago at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. The trial transfixed the nation and sparked a conversation about mayhem intended to undermine the U.S. government.

We will be joined by Marc Kadish, currently Pro Bono Advisor for the international law firm Mayer Brown.  Marc is familiar with the events that took place during the 1968  Democratic Convention and was in Chicago when the Conspiracy  Seven Trial started.  He will join in the discussion and share his experiences.

Free, but registration is required, and attendance is limited to 25 participants.

We’re sorry, but all tickets sales have ended because the event is expired.
