Day trips are offered once or twice per year. Trips may be cultural, culinary, historical or pure fun and whimsy. Day Trips are open to members and their invited guests.
Spring Trip to the Newark Museum

Join us for an afternoon visiting the vibrant exhibit, Unexpected
Color: A Journey Through Glass, featuring the Thomas N.
Armstrong III Collection of Steuben Glass, recently donated to
the Newark Museum. The exhibit includes 150 pieces of art deco
glass, designed by Fredrick Carder prior to 1932, in an amazing
array of beautiful shapes and colors, far different than the clear
modern Steuben crystal familiar to most.
Cost: $50 members; $55 nonmembers
Price includes private buffet lunch at the museum,
museum admission and private tour.
Carpooling is encouraged.
