By using the ancient science of Ayurveda, Lauren Kranich, MPA, CPC, RYT, CPT, a Holistic Wellness Coach, will help us explore our different body types and see what foods best nourish our minds and bodies. The session will conclude with gentle yoga movements and a guided meditation that we can call upon throughout the summer months.
