Women’s Workshops are one-session seminars to help you enrich and enhance your life. The sessions address a wide range of compelling issues such as reducing stress, coping with grief and loss, improving your self-esteem, marketing yourself for a new job and managing your divorce. Workshops are open to all women in the community. Registration is required; cost is $7 per session. As a benefit of membership, workshops are free to NCJW/Essex members if you register in advance.
