Letting Go of Anger Wednesday, August 25 7:15 pm Diane Lang, M.A., Therapist, Educator and Life Coach, will help you recognize and understand your anger and what triggers it. She will explain the consequences of anger, both physically and emotionally, and give you tips on letting go of unresolved anger.

NCJW's Creative Hands knitting group is looking for knitters or would-be knitters to contribute to our knitting projects. Lap blankets, adult booties, shawls, preemie hats, and more, are needed. The completed projects are donated to babies, children and adults at many social service agencies and hospitals in and around Essex County.
