recognize and understand your anger and what triggers it. She will explain
the consequences of anger, both physically and emotionally, and give you
tips on letting go of unresolved anger.

Knitters Needed for Creative Hands Project

Are you a knitter or are you interested in learning to knit to help those in need in our community? Whether you prefer knitting with a group or on your own, Creative Hands is the place for you!
NCJW's Creative Hands knitting group is looking for knitters or would-be knitters to contribute to our knitting projects. Lap blankets, adult booties, shawls, preemie hats, and more, are needed. The completed projects are donated to babies, children and adults at many social service agencies and hospitals in and around Essex County.
